After the rumors circulated in recent days, Sony has officially announced the State of Play in September, followed closely by the State of Play Japan. Not one, but two consecutive broadcasts that have been planned for next September 3rd.
For now, Sony is keeping the games protagonists of the event confidential, only confirming that there will be various announcements and updates from PlayStation Studios, but also from external developers and publishers. The only title whose presence has been confirmed is Final Fantasy VII Revelation, which will be shown by Square Enix and will close the first broadcast.
State of Play Japan will be broadcast next, which will focus on the Japanese and Asian markets. Again, according to Sony's press release, we can expect numerous updates, announcements and even some gameplay.

Fans have already begun to speculate about what will be shown in the first part of the broadcast and, in addition to the already confirmed Final Fantasy VII Revelation, among the most talked about titles we find Until Dawn 2, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet and of course the highly anticipated God of War Laufey.
The appointment is very close, so we just have to wait a few more days to find out all the news to come.
We remind you that the State of Play will be streamed live on the official PlayStation Twitch and YouTube channels on September 3 at 15:00 Italian time. After the first part of the event, the State of Play Japan will be broadcast immediately afterwards.
