The Belgian indie studio Eye Blink Twice is ready to make its debut on the video game market with an interesting psychological thriller, where the surreal atmosphere is one of its strengths. The game, entitled Time To Wake Up, will be released on October 12 and the announcement of the release date came with a short dedicated trailer, which you can view below.
In Time To Wake Up we will have to immerse ourselves in the mind of the protagonist, Alan Malone, who will find himself trapped in a bizarre dream that recalls memories related to school, now far away in time. Between corridors lined with dozens of bedrooms, sinister libraries and forgotten classrooms, where cobwebs and old quotes fill the environment, our goal will be to find a mysterious book and escape the shadows of our past.

Time To Wake Up has a first-person view, but Alan will not be alone: in fact, a mysterious voice will accompany him along his path, guiding him in the adventure in search of the truth about the events that really happened at school.
Our eyes will be the key to get out of the labyrinth, as the game offers an interesting mechanic based on Alan's blinking. By blinking, in fact, it is possible to modify the surrounding environment, enlarging the rooms or activating various elements within the scenarios. The blinking will also be essential to avoid the disturbing and judgmental looks of our old classmates: in fact, we will have to pay particular attention never to cross their path.
Time To Wake Up will be released on October 12 on PC via Steam and PlayStation 5 and on both platforms it is already possible to add the title to your wishlist. The game is also scheduled to be published on Nintendo Switch and Xbox Series X/S, but at the moment the official launch window for these versions has not yet been announced.

In its works, it aims to create stories that are easy to identify with, thanks to engaging gameplay and evocative and atmospheric settings.
