Hogwarts reopens the doors: the teaser of the new TV series by Harry Potter

After 15 years after the release of the last film, the beloved and famous saga of Harry Potter is ready to return on the small screen in a renewed fashion. The teaser trailer of the new television series is in fact published by Warner Bros in recent days, offering fans a first look on production.

The television series, obviously based on the novels of JK Rowling, will be distributed via the streaming platform HBO Max and retrace the whole story narrated in books. The goal of producers is to deepening aspects of the story that in films have been reduced or treated faster, proposing a detailed adaptation and much more faithful to the original work.

As we can see from the teaser, this first part of the new Harry Potter series will focus on the events of the first book, La Pietra Filosofale, and the scenes cover some of the most iconic moments in history. Harry, forced to live in the Dursley subscalator, receives the letter from Hogwarts and discovers his destiny. The meeting with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, the two friends destined to become fundamental figures in the path of the protagonist. The moments at Binary 93⁄4 and within theHogwarts Express will surely bring down a tear of nostalgia to the most faithful fans, as well as the first lessons inside the castle of Hogwarts and also the fleeting glimpse of Quidditch caught in the trailer.

In these short and intense sequences of Harry Potter's new TV series, other unforgettable characters of the saga also appear, such as Hagrid, Piton and Silent. It will certainly be interesting to see how the new actors will interpret the characters already known and how they will give depth to the story.

The TV series by Harry Potter and La Pietra Filosofale will be distributed by HBO Max, with a Release window fixed for Christmas 2026. The first season will cover the events of the first book and will be divided into 8 episodes.
