Square Enix has today prepared a fantastic surprise for the Italian public eagerly awaiting the release of the highly anticipated action RPG FINAL FANTASY XVI, arriving worldwide on 22 June 2023. Naoki Yoshida (Producer), Hiroshi Takai (Director) and Ryota Suzuki (Combat Director) have recorded a special video message dedicated exclusively to all fans of FINAL FANTASY XVI in which they highlight the inclusion, for the first time in the series, of Italian voice-over in this new chapter of the franchise.

FINAL FANTASY XVI tells a new dark fantasy story set in the FINAL FANTASY universe, this time in the kingdom of Valisthea, a land blessed by the light of the Mother Crystals. The peace of this world trembles as the spread of the Plague threatens to destroy the domains of the Crystals. The fate of the world rests in the hands of the powerful Eikon and their Dominants — men and women capable of summoning their terrifying power. This is the story of Clive Rosfield, a warrior who has been granted the title of First Shield of Rosaria and who has sworn to protect his younger brother Joshua, the Dominant of the Phoenix, the Fire Eikon. Soon Clive will be drawn into a major tragedy and will swear vengeance upon the Eikon Ifrit, a dark and mysterious entity that brings great calamity with it.
