Until Dawn 2 has finally introduced the eight protagonists of the Dead True team, the supernatural-focused program that will accompany us throughout our adventure. These characters will be at the heart of the events, giving us the choice of deciding who to try to save and who, instead, to condemn to their fate.

Who are the 8 characters in Dead True?
Owen Baines
Owen is one of the two main faces of Dead True and, above all, the most popular member of the group. The success he has achieved is gradually pushing him further away from the rest of the group, increasingly highlighting the weight of his fame.
Its main characteristics are perfectionism, opportunism and cheekiness.
Mina Aurellio
Mina is the co-host of Dead True and, despite working alongside Owen, does not appear particularly pleased with the results achieved by her colleague. Owen’s spontaneity continues to captivate the audience, while she struggles to achieve the same level of success.
To seek a turning point, Mina will try to communicate directly with the spirits.
Its characteristics are passion, sensitivity, and love for animals.
Nate Howard
Nate is the director of the crew and, for years, has served as a reference figure for all other members of the group. However, the situation has changed after his breakup with Reagan, an event that has disrupted the team's balance.
Its characteristics are motivation, tenacity, and self-confidence.
Josie Nash
Josie is the group’s scout and has the task of identifying the most interesting locations to visit for Dead True. The research she conducted on the island of Akishima might prove crucial when she finds herself alone again.
He will also need to use his sharp eye to spot the island’s hidden secrets and find a way out.
Its characteristics are loyalty, honesty and initiative.
Cameron Darby
Cameron is the group’s expert and handles the program’s special effects. His personal life, however, could get complicated quite quickly, especially due to his relationship with a married producer, which will inevitably go beyond the purely professional relationship.
Her characteristics are intelligence, introversion and sociability.
Izzy Jacobsen
Izzy is the new arrival on the team and is trying to believe in the existence of the supernatural, even though this belief often makes her the target of ridicule from her colleagues.
His entry into Dead True, moreover, hides a second purpose.

Luke Kelly
Luke is Josie's boyfriend and Cameron's best friend. He does not hold an official role within the troupe, but he has nonetheless decided to join the group on their trip to Akishima.

Reagan Wallace
Reagan left the film school to join the Dead True crew. His personal story is also tied to Nate, with whom he had a breakup that helped shift the group’s balance.
Its main characteristics are creativity, detachment, and observational ability.
Akishima Island will be the stage of the adventure
The island of Akishima will represent one of the central elements of the adventure. It is here that the Dead True team will confront the events of the game, with the eight characters involved in a situation from which it will not be easy to escape.
With such a diverse group and personal relationships far from simple, it will be interesting to see how our choices will influence the protagonists' fate.
