We are in 2035, in a world devastated by conflict and disinformation. Raul Menendez has returned, delivering a threatening message that echoes across global channels. In opposition stands The Guild, a technologically powerful corporation promising order, but concealing unsettling mysteries. Seeking the truth, David Mason leads a JSOC elite unit on a secret mission into the Mediterranean city of Avalon. A conspiracy that risks altering the planet’s balance, and one that will take root in the protagonists’ pasts.
The Campaign introduces for the first time an innovative cooperative mode, designed to be played both solo and in teams. Players will face high-stakes scenarios spanning the illuminated rooftops of Tokyo, the secluded shores of the Mediterranean, to the darkest recesses of the human mind. At the heart of the experience lies Avalon, the narrative focal point and stage of the Endgame of the Campaign, a content segment that promises to test everything the player has learned up to that point.
The Multiplayer launches with 16 maps 6v6 and 2 maps 20v20 available from day one. From the snows of Alaska to the pulsating heart of futuristic Japan, each map offers richly detailed environments and tactical opportunities, further enhanced by the new Omnimovement system, designed to expand battlefield mobility.
The legendary Zombi a round mode returns, with a new descent into horror crafted by Treyarch. Trapped in the Etere Oscuro, the main squad finds themselves in a mutating inferno, where shadows move, fog swallows all hope, and the dead know no peace. It will be more than just survival: it will be a journey into madness.
