After the enormous success achieved during the Steam Next Fest, where the MIMESIS demo was among the four most played titles of the event, the game returns in an expanded version that introduces new maps, monsters and “Scrap” items with which players can interact to survive. Set in a world disrupted by a mysterious rain that transforms humans into creatures called Mimesis, the game combines psychological horror, tension and cooperation. Up to four players must collaborate to keep a tram running and escape the nightmare, gathering resources and surviving attacks. However, not everyone may be who they claim to be: one of the companions may already have been replaced.

Thanks to an innovative artificial intelligence capable of mimicking voices, behaviours, and memories, MIMESIS creates a spiral of suspicion and paranoia in which trust becomes the deadliest trap.

MIMESIS is available worldwide today on Steam, with a 20% discount until 10 November at 7:59 CET.

Lorenzo "WaR" Agonigi was born in the now too distant 1995 and already three years later, in 1998, he began his gaming career, with a flaming Nintendo 64. I have to be honest, I wasn't a pro gamer right from the start, so much so that my first experiences more than as a gamer were as a spectator: while my parents, in turn, played, I enjoyed watching them (hey, I invented Twitch ten years in advance!!).
