We had hoped in our review, now it’s finally real. Funcom and The Outsiders are opening the doors to the global video game creative community, announcing the launch of mod support for their rhythm-FPS Metal: Hellsinger.

Modding offers immense potential, and the music in Metal: Hellsinger goes beyond influencing the game’s atmosphere and sensations, being firmly integrated into gameplay and the entire experience. With the modding tool, players can layer their music and make it react to in-game performances.

For the most enthusiastic players, Metal: Hellsinger can now embrace every musical genre, from K-Pop, to country, through EDM, disco, classical, rap, reggae and many more! The music modders are invited to push beyond every boundary. And to assist them in this endeavour, Funcom and The Outsiders have prepared step-by-step video guides to help modders and newcomers through the creative process.
