Warner Bros. Games has announced today that Black Adam della DC is now available as a playable character in MultiVersus, the free-to-play fighting game developed by Player First Games. Known as the sovereign of Kahndaq within the DC canon, Black Adam in MultiVersus draws inspiration from his comic book origins and arrives as part of the first season with a move set that leverages his superpowers derived from ancient Egyptian gods.
His abilities as a class Bruiser character are on display in a newly released game trailer, featuring his thunder and lightning attack to shock opponents, an electromagnetic field to block enemy projectiles, flight abilities for aerial combat, and versatility off the battlefield. The Comic Classic Black Adam character variant is also shown, now available for in-game purchase.

The new character arrives exactly in sync with "Black Adam", the newest film from Warner Bros. Pictures starring Dwayne Johnson as the lead. Comic book fans can instead purchase Black Adam Vol. 1, now on sale.
The update today also adds the ArCADE mode to the game and includes three difficulty levels and the ability to play with a friend to face an AI-controlled enemy challenge to complete unique missions and earn rewards.
