Ubisoft has released a free demo of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope and the game’s first downloadable content, which introduces new gameplay mechanics. Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is available worldwide, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.

From today you can try Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope for free via a demo of the Nintendo eShop. In this demo, you can play the entire game’s prologue and part of the first planet. During these about two hours of gameplay, you can explore Beacon Beach, unlock secrets, and fight enemies corrupted by Darkmess. To access it, you must connect to the Nintendo eShop and download the Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope demo. Once the download is complete, you can launch the demo.
From today, The Tower of Doooom is also available, the first downloadable content for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, available exclusively for Season Pass owners. This time, Mario, Rabbid Peach and their friends will enter a mysterious tower and meet its particular housekeeper, Madame Bwahstrella, who needs them to fight Cursa’s servants, climb the tower and free their old friend Spawny.

In this brand-new combat-focused gameplay mode, you’ll have to make your way through procedurally generated battles to reach the top of the Tower. Starting with four Heroes and Sparks chosen at random from the entire roster of the main game, you’ll need to build and upgrade your team during the expedition, strategically plan and adapt your tactics if you wish to triumph against all expectations.
In The Tower of Doom, the end is just the beginning: if you succeed, you'll unlock new missions with high replayability, increasing difficulty, and new cosmetic rewards. Designed for both newcomers and tactical enthusiasts, this game mode blends the tactical gameplay of the main game with an additional layer of strategy.
