River Tails: Stronger Together is a 3D co-op asymmetric platformer developed by Kid Onion Studio, a new independent studio split between Italy and England. Following the success of similar concepts like It Takes Two, River Tails will take us on an adventurous journey with a trusted friend, discovering the unusual bond that will form between the cat Furple and the fish Finn.
A delightful cartoon-style graphics set the scene for an adventure that will take us through an unexplored tropical forest, rich with various biomes and wild animals not always so friendly. River Tails centres its gameplay around local co-op, pushing us to collaborate with our partner to solve puzzles, defeat bosses, and uncover the multitude of secrets the jungle hides within.
River Tails: Stronger Together is scheduled for release on all major platforms in 2022, but if you’re interested in the project, you can support it starting from next November on Kickstarter.
