Ubisoft and Xbox Game Pass have announced the renewal of the partnership dedicated to Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege and the competitive circuit BLAST R6 Esports for the 2026 and 2027 seasons. The collaboration, developed together with esports organizer BLAST, aims to further enhance players’ experience through in-game benefits, live events, premium activations, and initiatives focused on the Rainbow Six competitive community.
The new agreement will officially come into effect during the BLAST R6 Salt Lake City Major in May, which will also mark the return of the format with two annual Majors. During the 2026 and 2027 competitive seasons, Xbox Game Pass will be central to key moments in the esports circuit, with special integrations planned for global events such as the November Major in Japan and the Six Invitational 2026 in Brazil. Ubisoft has also confirmed that Game Pass subscribers will receive exclusive benefits for Rainbow Six Siege starting in June, with new rewards distributed throughout the year to celebrate the main moments of the competitive season. The partnership will also include dedicated community events during the most important esports tournaments, as well as the opportunity for fans to meet creators and personalities from the Rainbow Six scene through meet & greets, special activities, and exclusive giveaways held at selected BLAST R6 circuit events.
François-Xavier Deniele, VP Marketing & Esports at Ubisoft for Rainbow Six Siege, stated that the renewal stems from the desire to further expand the success of the previous collaboration, continuing to offer premium experiences for both players and esports enthusiasts.
