Team17 Digital and Expression Games have announced the postponement of Hell Let Loose: Vietnam. The new standalone chapter of the famous multiplayer war series will no longer be released on the first date and will debut instead 13 August 2026. The decision comes after the recent Open Beta Weekend, during which thousands of players had the opportunity to test the game in preview and provide feedback to the development team.
According to the developers, in addition to the comments collected by the community, numerous internal playtests were made both on PC both on console versions. These sessions would highlight several areas that need further work and finishing before the official launch. Team17 and Expression Games explain that additional time will be used for improve stability, balance and overall quality of experience, with the aim of ensuring a debut to the expectations of players and standards of the Hell Let Loose series.
In the message published by developers, the team thanked the community for the support received during the phases of Closed Beta and Open Beta, underlining how many suggestions have already been implemented and how feedback from players will continue to influence development in the coming weeks.
