Waiting for the kickstarter campaign planned for this fall, Free League has revealed the first new content for Second Edition of ALIEN The Roleplaying Game. Among the novelties presented, there are detailed and color maps, designed to be used together with the new thumbnails that will be available with the Kickstarter campaign, as well as with the extended stealth mode in the new rules of the game.
These maps, designed by the acclaimed artist Miska Fredman (Astraterra), depict two bridges of the spaceship USCSS Fidanza, similar to Ours, and the mining colony Jeremiah VI. Both maps will be included in the new film adventure Rapture Protocol. Thanks to these maps, thumbnails and updated rules, you can play ALIEN The Roleplaying Game Second Edition also as a game of screens with miniatures.

The new edition of the game, which incorporates the feedback of thousands of players collected over five years of adventure, introduces an updated and simplified rules system, maintaining compatibility with all previous expansions. Among the news, there are new illustrations, unpublished content and useful tools for both players and GM. A redesigned introductory set will also be available at the launch of the product line, a box with cinematographic scenarios and miniatures.
Further details, including the launch date of the Kickstarter campaign, will be announced shortly.
