Rewrite the high-speed races of the 2023 season in F1 Manager 2023, arriving on PC and consoles July 31

Frontier Developments has announced that F1 Manager 2023, the new chapter in the Formula 1 management simulation series with official licensing, will be released digitally on 31 July for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a physical version for all consoles arriving subsequently. Players will be able to access the starting grid four days early with the F1 Manager 2023: Deluxe Edition, which also includes an Exclusive Scenario Pack offering fans unique challenges to tackle.

In this new chapter, players will experience the most authentic, complete and dynamic F1 management experience ever seen, as they aim to become one of the greatest in the sport of all time.

Players will re-live the key moments of the FIA Formula One World Championship 2023 with the brand new Race Replay mode, which features two unique scenarios. In Starting Grid, players will take control of a team of their choice in a full race that replicates the track conditions and grid positions of the real counterpart. In Race Moments, instead, fans will take control of a specific scenario halfway through a real Grand Prix, with the objective of reaching a set target before the checkered flag is waved, making key strategic decisions during an exciting season.

After the conclusion of every exciting real race of the 2023 season, F1 Manager 2023 will feature new starting grids and a Race Moment, challenging Team Principals week by week to establish their management.

F1 Manager 2023 brings every lap of the track to life in a stunning visual representation that feels like a television broadcast, with drivers battling wheel-to-wheel in six F1 Sprint events and all 23 circuits, including the brand new Las Vegas Strip Circuit. Players can choose to watch the action through onboard and pit-camera views, trace their strategy from the updated 3D map, or immerse themselves in every overtaking moment with heart-pounding intensity via the new visor camera.

In every lap, the player’s decision-making process will be tested. Intense battles or a mistake will influence the pilot’s confidence: this is a new system that guides players in balancing risk and reward on track. Unpredictable surfaces and tyre temperatures will challenge the Team Principals to manage the constantly changing asphalt conditions and achieve maximum performance in every situation. Knowing when to push and when to play it safe is more important than ever, with overtakes at the limit and corner collisions capturing the emotion of every moment.

Players will have unprecedented control over every aspect of their team’s development. The new Sporting Director offers the chance to train the squad at the pits to reduce costly errors, while drivers now grow according to their development goals. Players can make more accurate predictions by scouting talent from fully simulated F2 and F3 championships, negotiating contracts for the next season to ensure long-term success. Improving the pace throughout the season hinges on developing new car components, where the balance between performance, weight, and cost will test players’ management skills.

Players who want to be the first to leave the pit lane and expand their experience can do so with the F1 Manager 2023: Deluxe Edition. In addition to gaining early access to the game four days before its release, fans will also receive additional 12 exclusive scenarios, divided between Starting Grid and Race Moments. These scenarios will further test Team Principals, creating single-race experiences that present hypothetical challenges: what would happen if it rained in Bahrain? If all cars were identical, who would win? The scenarios in the Deluxe Edition offer fans the chance to test some of the sport’s biggest questions.

F1 Manager 2023 will be available digitally on 31 July on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One at a suggested retail price of €54.99, with the Deluxe Edition available at a suggested retail price of €64.99. Players can dive deeper into three unique Race Moment scenarios by preordering the game in digital format.
