Today, Riot Games has announced Spirito Guerriero, an adrenaline-fueled six-week event spanning the world of Runeterra with new game content across "League of Legends", "League of Legends: Wild Rift", "Teamfight Tactics" and "Legends of Runeterra". Spirito Guerriero is Riot Games' tribute to the fighting genre: it draws inspiration from the deep emotional resonance and character-focused moments typical of fighting games, and from narrative arcs that tell the story of tournaments in anime. The event will include new game modes, aspects, gameplay features and more across all four Riot Games titles set in Runeterra. Spirito Guerriero begins worldwide on Thursday, 20 July and ends on Monday, 28 August.

The alternate universe of Spirito Guerriero will transport players to a vibrant, diverse world where challengers battle to prove their worth in the world’s most important event, the "Torneo delle Anime". The competition, organised by the mysterious Occhio divino, is the stage where warriors with extraordinary abilities fight until only one remains.

Arena is a new game mode in League of Legends where four teams of two players each face off in rotation across a series of combat rounds. After each round, players can upgrade their abilities using unique structures until only one team remains standing. The battles take place on four distinct battlefields that vary in size, terrain density, and theme. - The Tournament of the Souls is a fighting game focused on combos and style, played within the client. Players will take on the role of Samira and earn Reputation by playing League of Legends matches; this will allow them to face new opponents and unlock new abilities for their character as they progress further in the tournament. The objective is to defeat all ten competitors and become the new champion. Players can redeem rewards after each victory and unlock Story and Expert difficulty levels, which offer varying degrees of challenge suitable for all, depending on each player's skills and available time.

Just like Fortune's Favor during the Lunar Gala event earlier this year, Anime Fights is a temporary game mode arriving on Teamfight Tactics as part of the Warrior Spirit event. The mode unfolds in two phases: the Training phase, where players compete to acquire Soul Power, which boosts their Soul Crown and offers more item choices, and the Tournament phase, where players are eliminated after a best-of-three match bracket - Narrative experience in the client (exclusive to TFT): Alongside the game mode, a narrative experience will be introduced within the client, Choncc Arena, where champions and strategists team up to prepare for the Tournament of Souls. Choncc Arena is the first narrative experience available in the TFT client on mobile devices and introduces the first exclusive Pass+ event!
- League of Legends: Wild Rift, the MOBA from Riot Games developed for mobile devices, will see the arrival of six new Warrior Spirit aspects, an internal narrative experience within the client, and a brand-new gameplay mode, developed exclusively for this title
New gameplay mode: Tag Duel
Tag Duel is a new gameplay mode where players must face off in a one-on-one showdown. Before entering combat, each player selects three champions and can switch between them as they please, as long as they are not on cooldown, granting access to every combo possible only with the help of their teammates. As they advance in the event, players will receive tokens to spend in the event shop to purchase various items and unlock Arcade Mode, which will allow them to play a series of minigames as their favorite League of Legends champions to earn an exclusive emote and more
