NC America has officially announced Blade & Soul NEO, a modern reinterpretation and remaster of the beloved MMORPG, bringing the rich fantasy universe of Blade & Soul to PC in North America and Europe. With improved graphics, deep customization, and new gameplay features, Blade & Soul NEO promises to satisfy players’ desire to relive the thrill of a pure action MMO experience. Pre-registration is already available to receive an exclusive pack that includes an improved cosmetic outfit, in-game currency, and other benefits. Blade & Soul NEO reinterprets the Wuxia-themed fantasy world in a modern key, offering an action-based combat system and unprecedented character customization. Players will be able to reconnect with the original spirit of the free-to-play open-world MMORPG, now enriched by a enhanced graphics and an environment inspired by Asian mythology, where frenetic combat blends with breathtaking visual beauty.
The original story returns, inviting players to take on the role of a hero tasked with restoring the honour of their clan, destroyed by enemy forces. Players will be able to choose one of the four races inspired by animal folklore – Dragon, Qilin, Phoenix and Turtle – and among seven classes, including Assassin, Blade Dancer, Blade Master, Destroyer, Force Master, Kung Fu Master and Summoner.
