"Star Wars Jedi: Survivor evolves the gameplay, story and exploration of Fallen Order in every way", said Stig Asmussen, game director at Respawn. “The reactive and powerful combat makes players feel like true Jedi Knights, with new lightsaber abilities and Force powers that add further strategic layers to every encounter with enemies and worlds full of environmental challenges that must be overcome to uncover the mysteries within the game world.”
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor picks up five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, as Cal continues to grow as a Jedi and evade the constant pursuit of the Empire. With his loyal companion BD-1 by his side, he joins forces with new and old allies to aid him in his search, including the mercenary Bode Akuna (Noshir Dalal) and the former crew member Cere Junda (Debra Wilson).
With new movement options such as a climbing rope to reach new peaks and the ability to tame and ride creatures, Cal will have many ways to face the dangers that lie ahead as he explores familiar and new worlds across the galaxy. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor also introduces numerous combat system improvements to enhance gameplay, including the Dual Lightsabers stance for ultra-fast combat and a new Crossguard position, which offers a measured yet sharp combat option to help Cal defeat threats on his path, from Stormtroopers and Imperial Sentry Droids to powerful beings shrouded in mystery.
