Battle Royale.
If the name does not tell you anything, it means that so far you have lived your entire existence on a very distant planet. In fact, the last 2-3 years of the video game scene were scanned by the releases of games such as Playerunknown Battlegrounds (or PUBG for friends), Fortnite, Apex Legends and various (last but not least) Call of Duty with a special game mode.
But let's take a step back: the name "Battle Royale" as well as the idea of the genus comes from the ancient two thousand years, in which the homonymous film was published, also taken from a previous novel. But if from books to video games the passage was not fast, one can not say the same as the rampage of the phenomenon, which has properly spopolated in the second decade of the twenty-first second, but that over the years has seen numerous paper adaptations (fumes), cinematographic and above all ludic.
In a "scene" in which now, let's tell the truth, we have also a little broken the boxes of the new title that "paracadutati on the island-taking weapons-rest the last", Bloodshore represents a breath of fresh air. The proposal of Wales interactive consists in a hybrid between videogames and movies, in which the interaction with the player is to be able to make a choice during the times when you have to make a decision. Obviously the film will vary accordingly, letting happen a whole series of circumstances that depend strictly on the choices made.

So I'm going to bands! Make yourself comfortable in the chair, turn on PC or mac and possibly stream the video stream on your TV... Or play with one of us countless supported platforms (sing) Ps4 and XBOX one, passing through the Switch, even to iOS!), however connected to your favorite screen.
Bloodshore tells the story of some participants in the thirteenth edition of "Kill/Stream", a reality show based on 50 team parachutes in six different areas on an island. The aim of the competitors is to survive by remaining the last in life in order to earn a prize of ten million dollars. Most of the protagonists of which we will follow the acts through the screen are professional videoplayers, influencers, videobloggers, etc... but the person you control will be an ex-actor who, as you will discover, has a different objective since the first jokes.
I will aster my critical judgment with the classic three voices for voting KotaWorld.it, considering that Bloodshore would take us a metric completely standing, but I would still like to comment on the product below: the quality of the video and the simplicity of the menu (not that there is much to be arzigogolare, considering the characteristics of the game) make the play experience pleasant, but the part of the lion does it, of course, the story, with actors who turn out to be really not bad in the style of acting, shots done well (personally I hate movies in which the image always sees itself). Bloodshore is one of those rare titles that really has all the right to present itself to multiple possible platforms without suffering from alienating porting problems, but in my personal opinion lacks support for Netflix, for which the title of Wales Interactive would really be perfect. Do you remember "Bandersnatch" from the "Black Mirror" series?

If you haven't seen him yet, you're worthy to be trolled by this man here.
The most attentive viewers will notice many (let us call them so) easter egg, with references ranging from PUBG to Metal Gear Solid (I dare you to find them :) ) and all in all the longevity of the story is not such as to tire the curious eye of the player. It is also worth replaying several times (the shooting between a choice and the next one can be missed) to discover alternative endings and better understand the story of the various characters.
My judgment is fully positive (small flaws aside: one of which is the sound not perfectly equalized): I enjoyed and hope in the future that they can come out more hybrids of this genre. The price of Bloodshore is around the cost of a movie ticket and we seem fully in line with what we offer.
