Dune: Spice Wars, the exclusive combination of 4X and real-time strategy set on Arrakis, will arrive on Xbox on 28 November. After the recent launch of the game on PC following the Early Access, developer Shiro games and the editor Funcomfinally bring the epic battle for spice to players Xbox Series X|S.
During his year of Early Access, Dune: Spice Wars expanded massively through six main updates, adding different new playable factions, a series of new features, including new balancing features, quality of life and a host of other required additions from the community of fans. Dune: Spice Wars combines the immediate emotion of real-time strategy with long-term planning of 4X games, combining the best of two worlds. On Arrakis, the war theatre extends beyond the battlefield. Players can also control the flow of spice through Landsraad politics, economy and espionage. Choose one of Six iconic factions of the Dune universe, like the Atreides, the Harkonnen or the Fremen, exploiting their unique strengths. Play alone or with friends, be they allies or rivals, and find out who will be the first to be claimed by the ruthless deserts of Arrakis.
