In HUMANKIND, the shift strategy Amplitude Studio on historical theme, developers have always wanted to offer many different ways to win a game, which were not limited exclusively to military conquest. New features such as the Humankind Congress, Embassies and Spies will help players see the world in a different light and offer an alternative strategy to resolve conflicts.

Here in detail the contents of expansion:
- Congress of Humankind - Join inter-imperial general meetings with this congress, where players can vote and decide global issues and manage international conflicts with other factions.
- Embassy - Use this new Neighborhood to sign convenient agreements for both empires, such as joint training or research treaties. You can also use your Influence (a new currency) to force an empire to make specific decisions in your favor, such as reducing war support or increasing demand for import goods.
- Spie - Use this new unit to collect Influence, or to deal with enemy empires to sabotage or sow disinformation.
- Diplomatic Affinity + 6 new cultures - The new Diplomatic affinity allows different cultures to play a more active role from the diplomatic point of view.
- The active ability allows to demilitarise a territory for 10 shifts, during which, thanks to the passive ability you can collect Fama with all available units.
- The six new cultures include the Sumerians, the Chinese Han dynasty, the Bulgarians, the Swiss, the Scots and the Siberians. - 6 new wonders, new narrative events and new musical songs - Monument Valley, Pamukkale, Chocolate Hills, Eldgjá, Versailles Palace, and Humankind Congress headquarters.
Regardless of whether or not players can avail themselves of the new diplomatic system, together with the expansion there is a huge free update for HUMANKIND that all users can download. It will add new smart mechanics, a new updated system for independent populations, will introduce reinforcements in battle made by third parties, as well as improve the interface by introducing new options
