K'Sante, a powerful guardian who wields weapons forged by himself from the remains of a predator he slew, is a hero of his people, capable of dominating combat with cunning and disdainful courage. At first glance, they may appear to be defensive weapons, but at the right moment, they transform into lethal blades, capable of dispatching giant enemies that others dare not even approach. In the game, K'Sante is a top-tier champion, tank, who saves his allies and then eliminates the monstrous threats from the enemy team, hurling them through a wall to challenge them to duels.

Cynical and courageous, K'Sante faces colossal monsters and ruthless Ascians to protect his homeland, Nazumah, an ambitious oasis nestled between the sands of Shurima. After parting ways with his companion, K'Sante comes to realise that to become a warrior worthy of leading his city, he must first tame the ego starved for success. Only then can he avoid the trap of pride, finding the wisdom necessary to defeat the monsters threatening his people.
Previously announced as president of League of Legends, Lil Nas X co-designed with Riot Games the premium edition of K'Sante, K'Sante Empireo. The "K'Sante Empireo (premium edition)" skin by Lil Nas X debuts today in the PBE (Public Beta Environment) alongside the champion. It will launch worldwide on November 3 and will be unlockable until November 14. The skin cannot be purchased directly and will be earned by playing League of Legends or Teamfight Tactics during the 2022 World Championship gaming event. Players will need to acquire in-game currency (2000 World Championship 2022 tokens) to permanently unlock the skin. Following Riot Games’ first collaboration with Louis Vuitton, Lil Nas X’s premium skin marks the first in-game collaboration with an artist and gives players a unique opportunity to celebrate this unforgettable partnership with a truly one-of-a-kind skin.

Usability:
Passive - Unstoppable Spirit:
K'Sante's damaging abilities mark enemies for a short time. Attacking a marked enemy consumes the mark to deal more physical damage, based on maximum health.
All for all: attacking a marked enemy instead inflicts physical damage and pure damage bonuses based on maximum health.
Q - Ntofo's punches:
K'Sante strikes the ground with her weapons, dealing physical damage and briefly slowing down targets hit. If an enemy is hit, K'Sante gains a charge for a brief period. At two charges,
K'Sante fires a shockwave that draws enemies in.

W - Apripista:
Charge start: K'sante raises her weapons to defend for a short time, becomes Unstoppable and reduces incoming damage.

K'Sante then dashes toward the enemy and engages in a full-damage exchange for a longer duration.
All for all: K'Sante loses a percentage of maximum health, armour bonus, and magic resistance bonus. K'Sante gains physical attack, global steal, and turns his abilities into a passive.
