"Only together we can ensure the safety of our Nation"
Signals is a game developed by roses-engine and published by Humble Gameand PLAYISM. In Signalis we interpret Elster, a "replika". The game begins in a spaceship crashed into a frozen planet, human board members have disappeared and between corridors and cabins wander around creatures fast and lethal. That's how it starts. survival horror in style Resident Evil/Silent Hill, and if you are a fan of this saga, I can only do anything but warmly invite you to consider buying Signals. But let's go and see what it is that makes the rose-engine project so interesting.

As you say, the dress does not make the monk; but in the case of Signalis I allow myself to dissent. The game is really well maintained below the level art, switch from rooms with fixed room in low resolution to 3D sequences more detailed and of great effect, which are undoubtedly my favorite aspect of the game. The situations involving the characters are treated with drawings retro-anime They also really well cared for. The only complaint is about menu, that as impeccable as it isaestheticsIt caused me much more than a headache in reading his low-res texts a little blurred.

Another great strength of Signalis is the profile acoustic sound: soundtrack, sounds of the environment and above all music during various moments of tension and fighting, make the dark atmosphere and put anxiety to the player looking for the way out of the various play areas. About these, there really is so muchto explore and discover; among the many puzzle puzzle puzzle puzzle that will inevitably be solved and all Loire left by the survivors, Signalis deserves and must be explored, so take your time, but don't be too fast, there's always a chance that you're not alone.
The only complaint about the puzzles is that sometimes they leave the player really to the wrong and, as much as I like to have to ingegnate as possible when I undertake these types of games, some puzzles are really too cryptic.Perhaps some notes left around the map as a suggestion would have been comfortable, especially for players who face this kind of adventure for the first time. Interesting also the use of frequenciesof the radio embedded within Elster, some of which transmit codes to open the various Casework around the map, to get someammunition extra and provisions for health.
The combat system is sufficent, especially because it is not our priority to hire, but semply defend us; ammunition and care are incredibly limited, so watch how many shots you have and how you intend to use them. There are enough weapons to diversify the arsenal and each one has advantages and disadvantages. The possibility of using tank controls is a good idea but in my opinion it is not performed optimally, commendable% to predecessors as Resident Evil. The inventory management is Good, there is a deposit next to manual saves and inventory has limited slots, so think well about what to bring you back and how much space to leave you in the inventory in case you bump into resources important or fundamental for progress within the world of Signalis.

In conclusion Signalis is a great game, with mechanics retro and wonderful visuals, history is quite Click but still solid solid, supported by a good introspection of the character and the Loire from the careful exploration of the map. Some very small technical problem regarding the UI but nothing that cannot afford the full godibility of the title, it is important, however, to point out that Signalis requires patience and exploration, so if you are looking for a game full of action, maybe this is not the title for you. In case you were looking for a survival horror old moldWell, you're in the right place, and all I can do is recommend this little pearl. The game was played on PC (GTX 1080 and Ryzen 5 3600) and I didn't find any kind of problem.
Signalis will come out 27 October 2022 up Steam.
